Damaged Items Policy

Upon receiving your delivery, please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and try to find the best solution for you. This may include a refund or exchange. We do not offer refunds for damaged items in wholesale orders. Any wholesale order item that is damaged will be remade and resent to you at the earliest possible date. As per our legal policy, we retain the right to refuse the replacement of any damaged delivery goods.
