Refund& Exchange Policy

Aumann’s offers a 15-day return period from the time of delivery. We will not offer change of mind refunds on any products, but in some instances, we may offer you an exchange or store credit if a return is requested within the 15-day return period. Please contact us if you would like to exchange your delivered item.

If a delivered item is returned to us for an exchange, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the item. If the exchange is approved, you’ll be sent the replacement order when stock is available. Please contact us before returning the item for exchange to organise this process.

If a delivered damaged item is returned to us for a refund, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the item. If the refund is approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method. Please allow time for the refund to be processed into your account. Please contact us before returning the item for a refund to organise this process.

Please Note: Wholesale and stocklist items are non-refundable, nor are they eligible for returns. All sales on wholesale and stocklist items are final. If your wholesale or stocklist item is damaged upon delivery, the item will be remade and resent to you at the earliest possible date. In some cases, store credit may be provided for damaged wholesale and stocklist items. Please contact us for more information.
